THE WEBB CENTER’S

COVID-19
Safety Measures

The Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however the Webb Center cannot guarantee that you and your party will not be exposed if you choose to enter the facility. Following the federal, state and local guidelines has permitted the Webb Center to reopen. Carefully following the CDC guidelines does not fully mitigate the risk for visitors to the Center. The Webb Center assumes no liability for this potential exposure.

  • The capacity of the facility is limited to ensure safe distancing. Please purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee your admittance.
  • Will-call tickets are available for pick-up at the external window to the right of the Atrium entrance.
  • While inside the facility, visitors will be required to wear masks or cloth face coverings that completely cover the nose and mouth. Before you leave your car please ensure that you have your mask. If doing so would be contrary to a patron’s health and safety due to a medical condition, please contact the Webb Center Box Office staff for other ways to enjoy a performance.
  • Visitors are expected to observe 6-ft social distancing at all times.
  • Please respect signage on the grounds, including social distancing markers and signage regarding one-way traffic and maximum occupancy in restroom areas.
  • Ushers will scan tickets to offer a touchless entry for patrons into the venue.
  • Paper programs will be handled and distributed by gloved volunteers.
  • Certain seats will not be used during a performance in order to maintain proper social distancing.
  • Water fountains have been replaced by water refilling stations and are located by the men’s and women’s restrooms. Beverages may also be purchased from the concession stand.
  • The maximum capacity allowed in restrooms will be limited to the number of stalls available. Markers indicating where a queue forms will extend down the hallways.
  • The Webb Center will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas and bathrooms frequently. The venue will be disinfected prior to and after all performances.
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available at entrance points and other common areas. Please consider bringing your own hand sanitizer and wipes for your own safety.
  • If you or someone in your party is experiencing COVID-19 CDC-defined symptoms, you may not enter. If you believe you may have been exposed to the coronavirus we ask that you do not visit at this time. You may contact the Box Office at 928-684-6624, Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm to exchange your tickets for another performance this season or to receive a refund.
  • For more information on the Webb Center’s refund and exchange policy click here.
  • The Webb Center reserves the right to deny access to any non-compliant guest.

Please note: These policies are subject to change without notice as the situation demands. The Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts is committed to providing a safe environment and asks for your help in making this a great experience for everyone.
