THE WEBB CENTER’S

COVID-19
Safety Measures

The Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however the Webb Center cannot guarantee that you and your party will not be exposed if you choose to enter the facility. Carefully following the CDC guidelines does not fully mitigate the risk for visitors to the Center. The Webb Center assumes no liability for this potential exposure.

Please be aware for the 2021-2022 Season

The Webb Center is committed to providing healthy and safe facilities for audiences, artists, volunteers and staff. Be assured that all decisions regarding the necessary protocols and policies for the health and safety of our guests will be guided by medical and public health advice and will comply with CDC guidelines on the date of the performance.

Protocols may include mask enforcement, increased cleaning, vaccination, negative test verification and more.  Please be aware the Webb Center will operate at 100% capacity and that you will be seated with patrons directly in front of, next to, and behind you. We will continue to update our website as more information becomes available.

  • Will-call tickets are available for pick-up at the external window to the right of the Atrium entrance.
  • While inside the facility, visitors are asked to wear masks or cloth face coverings that completely cover the nose and mouth. Before you leave your car please ensure that you have your mask. If doing so would be contrary to a patron’s health and safety due to a medical condition, please contact the Webb Center Box Office staff for other ways to enjoy a performance.
  • Visitors are asked to observe 6-ft social distancing when possible.
  • Please respect signage on the grounds, including social distancing markers and signage regarding one-way traffic and maximum occupancy in restroom areas.
  • Ushers will scan tickets to offer a touchless entry for patrons into the venue.
  • Paper programs will be handled and distributed by gloved volunteers.
  • Water fountains have been replaced by water refilling stations and are located by the men’s and women’s restrooms. Beverages may also be purchased from the concession stand.
  • The maximum capacity allowed in restrooms will be limited to the number of stalls available. Markers indicating where a queue forms will extend down the hallways.
  • The Webb Center will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas and bathrooms frequently. The venue will be disinfected prior to and after all performances.
