Before You Arrive

The Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts will be abiding by COVID-19 guidelines and regulations set by the federal, state and local authorities and will follow all best practices concerning public health and social distancing.

The Webb Center wants to ensure a pleasurable arts experience for all of its patrons and shares this information prior to your arrival at the theatre so you are appropriately prepared.



Protocols for Entry into the Webb Center theatre during the 2021-2022 Season (Revised 10.27.21)
Effective October 27, 2021, a negative COVID-19 PCR test OR proof of full vaccination status is required for all audience members attending “Webb Center Presents” programs at the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts. Masks are highly recommended for adults and are required for youth 12 and under.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

We have three (3) easy ways for you to ensure smooth sailing into our events. Choose the one that works best for you. Once you decide, make sure you do not forget the important verification items listed below.

EASY:

Everyone attending will be required to provide proof of a valid negative COVID-19 test Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours. Antigen tests are not allowed.

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test can include:

  • A photo or email of negative COVID-19 test results from a reputable provider.
  • Proof of results should include:
    – date of test
    – name of person being tested as it will be compared to identification.
  • At-home tests will not be accepted as there is no way to confirm day/time of test.

Proper identification with the name matching the test results will be required as well.

  • Acceptable forms of photo ID:
    – Drivers license
    – Passport
    – School or work ID
    • Must clearly indicate your name matching the test results.
    • Must include a photo.

EASIER:

As an alternative to a negative COVID-19 test, valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination will be accepted.

  • Fully vaccinated means:
    – You have received TWO doses of the Pfizer OR Moderna vaccines or ONE dose of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine.
  • This vaccination was COMPLETED two or more weeks prior to the performance date.
  • Acceptable proof of vaccination includes:
    – Physical vaccination card with your name on the card.
    – A picture of the card (with your name visible).

Proper identification with the name matching the vaccination card will be required as well.

  • Acceptable forms of photo ID:
    – Drivers license
    – Passport
    – School or work ID
    • Must clearly indicate your name matching the vaccination card.
    • Must include a photo.

EASIEST:

If you take a little time up front to register, you can use a vaccination passport app on your smartphone for quick and easy check in at all of the Webb Center’s events. The app verifies your vaccination status and identity. Just use your smart device to access the vaccination verification and show it to Webb Center representatives at the event. The app will keep your information private, secure, and makes entry hassle-free.

  • Vaccination passport app users may be able to move more quickly through our verification lines.

Please note we only accept Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours. Antigen and at-home tests are not allowed.

  • Verification tables will be set up one hour prior to each event. Plan your arrival time accordingly to allow enough time to pass through the verification process.
  • Upon completion of verification you will be provided documentation that will allow you into the event or theater when the doors open.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not feeling well or exhibiting flu-like symptoms please stay home. You may call the Box Office to exchange your tickets for another show this season or request a refund. Personal Protective Equipment

Masks are highly recommended to be worn inside the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts facility for the protection of yourself and others. Webb Center staff, volunteers and vendors are all fully vaccinated and will wear masks while on premises. Facility Access

The Webb Center Atrium opens 60 minutes prior to curtain. Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up at the external window to the right of the Atrium entrance. Seating in the venue will begin 30 minutes prior to curtain. Patrons sitting in centrally located areas will be seated first and those sitting closer to the aisles will be seated last to limit physical interactions with other audience members. Please refer to your tickets for your specific seating group, Zone 1 or Zone 2. We appreciate your observance of these guidelines. If you miss your seating window you will be considered a late arrival and will be seated at the discretion of the ushers or House Manager. Concessions

Concessions will be sold at the exterior window to the left of the Atrium entrance. Select performances will have a bar with beer, wine and margarita choices in the Atrium. Drinks are permitted inside the auditorium. However, we ask that snacks be finished, discarded or safely put away prior to entering the auditorium.

Photography & Video Recordings

Photography and video recordings are permitted on a per-event basis at the direction of the artist. Please watch for an email containing this specific information in the days prior to your event.

Intermission & Artist Signings

Intermissions and post-show artist signings occur on a per-event basis at the direction of the artist. Please watch for an email containing this specific information in the days prior to your event. These may be reduced due to COVID-19 concerns.
