Founded in 1989, the Miami-based eclectic rock and country group is known for crisscrossing musical boundaries with abandon. Chart-topping hits include “All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down,” “Dance the Night Away,” and “Here Comes the Rain.”
Like the band’s entire body of music, this concert cannot be boxed into a single category. The songs represent a diversity of musical styles and cultural traditions, from tender boleros and reimagined Afro-Cuban rhythms to The Mavericks’ signature country/rockabilly/Tex-Mex flavor.
