Wickenburg has heART
February 4 @ 8:00 am - April 6 @ 5:00 pmFree
During the pandemic many people feel isolated and alone. We miss parties, gatherings and each other. “What the world needs now is love.”
In response, the Webb Center recently launched a community-wide campaign affectionately called “Wickenburg has heART.” We are asking EVERYONE to “show us your HEART through ART” with the goal of covering the town with reminders of what we hold dear.
Almost 250 hearts have been distributed to local businesses, schools, and individuals around town, including the Wickenburg Police Department, Town of Wickenburg, and Chamber of Commerce offices. The hearts will be displayed for the public to admire along fences, in windows and in yards to demonstrate how we care for each other and our community.
To the left is a sampling of the images that have been created. Keep an eye out for them as you drive around town.
It is not too late to participate. You are welcome to join the fun and paint what you love on any materials you may have such as rocks, glass bottles, and wood. Proudly display them for all to enjoy!
Post your symbols of caring on social media using #wickenburghasheart.
This is a grass-roots campaign that is powered by the people.
Because now, more than ever, the power of art can inspire and uplift us all.

The Webb Center hopes to capture the imagination of the town with the
“Wickenburg has heART” campaign’s artistic mission of spreading expressions
of love and creativity, in the same way people display Christmas lights,
decorations and festive scenes during the holidays.
