The content of all of our shows are presented to this community with the intent to provide wholesome live entertainment. For events not specifically geared for young audiences, parents are asked to use discretion when bringing young children. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult and should be able to sit quietly throughout the show. Out of respect for other ticket holders, babies under the age of 2 cannot be admitted to “Webb Center Presents” performances.
The Webb Center electronically scans tickets for contact-free entry into its venue. The scanning system reads unique barcodes printed on each ticket to ensure that the ticket is valid and to record attendance. When exchanging or reprinting a ticket, the barcode is deactivated, making the original ticket invalid for admission.
The Webb Center may institute timed seating in order to limit patron to patron contact and to promote safety measures. The timeframe in which you may be seated in the auditorium is printed on your ticket face. Those with centrally located seats will be asked to enter first. Those with seats located closer to the aisles will be asked to enter last. If you miss your seating window you will be considered a late arrival.
To protect the artistic integrity of the performance and to limit patron to patron contact, those arriving late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager in the most easily accessible seats during an appropriate break in the show. Please be advised that late arrivals may not be able to sit in their original ticketed seats.
If you find that you cannot attend an event please contact the Webb Center Box Office no later than 48 hours prior to the event date. Tickets may be (1) exchanged for another event in the same season, subject to availability; (2) refunded for the full ticket price, excluding service charges; or (3) donated to the Webb Center as a tax-deductible contribution. Refunds will not be granted because of venue temperature, arrival at the wrong venue, sightlines, content or event duration.
If you notify the Box Office less than 48 hours prior to the event date, you can donate the tickets to the Webb Center as a tax-deductible contribution. If the performance is cancelled, the Webb Center will (1) refund the full ticket price, excluding service charges; or (2) credit the patron account for the full ticket price, excluding service charges, according to the ticket buyer’s direction.
